| 摘 要： | 以工程量清单计价规范为基础。通过建立新的评价指标体系，利用层次分析和模糊综合优选模型的方法，构建了工程量清单模式下的综合评标模型，并对该模型进行了举例分析，证明了该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | Now, the estimation mode is changing from the estimation mode of ration to the estimation mode of the Bill-of-Quantity. During this process, every segment of the construction engineering cost management needs reform, in order to adapt to this new mode. In the light of Bill-of-Quantity, by setting up a new index system for evaluating, using AHP method and the comprehensive better choose of fuzzy mathematics, the article sets up a comprehensive model.
