多元复合稀土钼材的研究

摘    要:介绍了通过粉末冶金方法在钼中掺杂1种稀土氧化物(简称单元稀土)和掺杂3种稀土氧化物(简称多元复合稀土)制取钼材的工艺要点,并对掺杂钼粉、坯条及不同温度退火丝材的性能和组织进行了研究。结果表明:多元复合稀土钼丝的生产工艺与纯钼丝生产工艺基本相同;多元复合稀土同单元稀土一样,都能大大提高钼丝的强度;多元复合稀土钼丝与同含量的单元稀土钼丝相比,多元复合稀土钼丝表现出优异的高温退火强度,具有更高的延伸率和可加工性。

Abstract:The processing technology of rare earthdoped molybdenum prepared by powder metallurgy was introduced,and the properties and the structure of the different rare earthdoped molybdenum powder,compact and wires annealed at different temperatures were investigated.The experimental results show that the processing technology of molybdenum doped with several rare earth oxides is about the same with that of pure molybdenum.The strength of molybdenum wires is increased greatly by addition of either one rare earth oxide or three oxides,but the plasticity of molybdenum doped with three rare earth oxides is higher than the plasticity of molybdenum doped with one rare earth oxide.
