摘    要:为解决稠油注汽开采输汽主干线与分支管线连接处因相分离现象而造成的注汽井蒸汽流量和干度分配不均的问题,研制了蒸汽流量干度调控装置。装置主要由储液管、旁通管线、孔板、支管线和阀门等组成。室内试验表明,只要蒸汽通过孔板处产生的压差与旁通管线及调节阀上液体产生的摩阻压降保持平衡,对分支管蒸汽干度的控制基本上不受其蒸汽流速变化的影响;当装置入口蒸汽干度由20%~70%变化时,若流速及其它条件保持不变,则分支管蒸汽干度基本恒定。

Abstract:During steam delivery for viscous oil recovery, the flow rate and degree of dryness of steam in the divided lines may not be distributed uniformly owing to the phase separation phenomenon occurred in the connection location of the main steam delivery line and the divided lines. Therefore a regulating device for flowrate and dryness of steam is developed. The structure and operating principle of the device are described and its main technical indexes are given. The new device is of great importance to improving the effect of steam injection.
