摘    要:介绍液压伺服驱动的连铸结晶器振动计算机控制系统及其控制软件。与传统的结晶器振动控制装置相比,该系统能够根据连铸工艺要求方便地选择振动波形(正弦波或非正弦波),并能在线改变振动频率和幅值等参数。工业实验研究结果表明,所述的计算机控制系统闭环频宽可达10Hz,能够满足连铸生产的要求。

Abstract:The computer control system and its software are introduced for continuous casting mold oscillation driven by hydraulic servo. Compared with traditional mold oscillation device, this system can conveniently change oscillation wave(sine wave or non sine wave)and alter in line oscillatory frequency and magnitude according to the continuous casting technological requirements. Industrial experiment results show that the close loop bandwidth of this control system can attain to 10 Hz, which completely meets the needs of continuous casting production.
