助剂对悬浮床加氢水溶性催化剂分散性及生焦形态的影响

摘    要: 采用BT-9300H激光粒度仪和SEM手段,考察了助剂SAC和SA对水溶性催化剂分散度,以及对釜反应生焦率和液相焦形貌的影响。结果表明,加入助剂后,催化剂的颗粒粒径明显减小,比表面积显著增大;SA对水溶性催化剂的分散作用要优于SAC。随着催化剂分散效果的增加,加氢裂化反应生焦率明显降低,液相焦颗粒变小,形貌趋于规整球体,表面疏松。水溶性催化剂分散度的大小是影响加氢裂化反映生焦率和生焦形貌的重要因素。

Abstract:The effects of SAC and SA adjuvant on dispersion of water-soluble catalyst, and on the coke-formation rate and the coke morphology in the hydrocracking reaction were investigated by BT-9300H laser particle size analyzer and SEM method. The results showed that with the addition of adjuvant the particle size of water-soluble catalyst decreased and the specific surface area significantly increased. The effect of SA on catalyst dispersion was superior to SAC. With the increase of catalyst dispersion the coke-formation rate of the hydrocracking reaction reduced, the liquid-coke particle size became smaller with the surface layer of coke particle being looser. The dispersity of catalyst was an important factor impacting the coke-formation rate and the morphology of coke in catalytic hydrocracking reaction.
