KNSBN:V晶体材料制备及光诱导吸收研究

摘    要:成功地生长、制备出了一系列含不同掺钒浓度的钾钠铌酸锶钡(KNSBN:V)晶体样品。测量了在不同光强、光偏振和掺钒浓度下KNSBN晶体的光诱导吸收变化。实验结果显示,KNSBN:V晶体存在较强的光诱导吸收,且其光诱导吸收变化明显依赖于泵浦束光强,探测束光偏振和晶体的掺钒量,对于探测束光偏振平行和垂直于c轴的情况其值分别可达0.55和0.22cm^-1。对实验结果进行了解释。

Abstract:We have successfully.grown and prepared KNSBN crystal samples with different V concentrations in our experiment. Measurements of light-induced absorption changes in KNSBN: V crystals were carried out for different intensities. polarization and V concentrations. We find that the light- induced absorption change depends on the intensity of the pump light beam, polarization of the probe light beam and V concentrations. We got variation as high as 0. 55 and 0. 22cm-1 in the light-induced absorption coefficient for the extraordinary and ordinary probe beams, respectively. The results were interpreted in terms of a two- center charge transport model.
