翻车机控制系统升级与稳定性提升

摘    要:为解决黄骅港一、二期翻车机变频器和PLC控制系统老化问题,设计并实施翻车机系统整体升级改造,对6SE70系列变频器和PLC控制系统进行整体升级换代。采用基于S120变频器的双冗余整流单元、一拖一逆变单元控制模式,翻车机驱动增加备用逆变模块,定位车、推车机逆变器采用非主从控制模式,由PLC直接给定速度控制,实现了整流单元的互备功能和逆变单元的投/切功能。同时,PLC系统升级为罗克韦尔RSLogix5000系列,以太网采用环形网络拓扑结构,实现信息传输的快速性和可靠性。相对于原系统,改造后翻车机系统运行更加平稳、可靠、高效,且便于维护。

Control System Upgrade and Stability Improvement of Car Dumper

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of aging of the inverter and PLC control system of phase I and phase II car dumper in Huanghua port,the overall upgrading of the car dumper system is designed and implemented,and the 6SE70 Series Inverter and PLC control system are upgraded.The double redundant rectifier unit and one driven one inverter unit control mode based on S120 inverter are adopted.The car dumper is driven to add standby inverter module.The positioning vehicle and trolley inverter are controlled by non master-slave control mode,and the speed is directly given by PLC,the mutual standby function of rectifier unit and the switching function of inverter unit are realized.At the same time,PLC system is upgraded to Rockwell RSLogix5000 series,Ethernet adopts ring network topology structure to realize the rapidity and reliability of information transmission.Compared with the original system,the improved car dumper system is more stable,reliable,efficient and easy to maintain.
