摘    要:针对汽轮机循环水量精细化调整的问题,本文对循环水泵采用变频技术中的变频器可靠性问题、立式循环水泵轴系低频振动问题、循环水泵变频控制方式问题、变频循环水泵最小转速测定等4项关键技术进行了分析,提出了应对措施。结合某1000MW机组汽轮机,采用循环水泵变频技术方案,对汽轮机的循环水泵试验方案进行了拟定、运行方式进行了优化,预测3台循环水泵中1台进行变频技术改造,与3台循环水泵定速运行相比,经济效益较好。

Abstract:In view of the problem of fine adjustment of circulating water volume of steam turbine,this paper analyzes the 4 key technologies that adopted the frequency conversion in circulating water pump,like reliability problem of frequency converter,low-frequency vibration problem of vertical circulating water pump shafting,frequency conversion control mode problem of circulating water pump,minimum rotation speed measurement of frequency conversion circulating water pump,and puts forward countermeasures.Combined with a 1000MW unit turbine,the test scheme of the circulating water pump of the turbine is proposed and the operation mode is optimized by using the frequency conversion technical scheme of the circulating water pump,it is predicted that compared with the constant speed operation of the 3 circulating water pumps,one of the 3 circulating water pumps will have better economic benefits in the frequency conversion technical transformation.
