基于Web服务的移动控制数控系统关键技术研究

摘    要:提出了基于Web服务的移动控制数控系统的概念,该系统由作为Web浏览器的移动控制器和作为Web服务器的设备控制器两部分构成,通过蓝牙无线通信技术进行信息交换,实现人机协同。研究了其硬件组成、体系结构和移动控制器的B/S和C/S两种工作模式。对运动控制器和CNC的集成统一接口标准进行了讨论,提出了版本空间的概念和缩小版本空间的方法。配置了蓝牙通信协议,进行了蓝牙通信的实验。研究结果为车间数字化制造设备的跨平台无缝集成和可重构提供了支持。

Abstract:Web Services Mobile control CNC(WS-mCNC) was proposed,which was composed of two parts: one was the CNC mobile controller,the other was the CNC device controller installed on the CNC machine.They communicated via Bluetooth protocol and interface,a Man-Machine-Cooperative mode was formed.The concept and characteristics of WS-mCNC were provided.Architectures of WS-mCNC hardware and software were emphasized,relation and process of Web Services requester and provider were illustrated.Process and program of mobile controller were established.Integration of motion control card involved standard interface and CNC were studied,the concept of Version Space was provided,and how to shorten Version Space was very important,Finally,Bluetooth communication protocol was established,and Bluetooth communication experiment was accomplished.So problem is solved that different platforms and limits of resources that digital machines result in difficulty of information integration for shop floor.
