摘    要:300kA级大型预焙电解槽生产实践中,电解槽侧部炉帮易空,散热窗易出现发红现象。文章结合生产实际,对电解槽侧部破损原因进行了分析研究,提出了可行的解决办法及控制措施,有效地延长了槽寿命。

Abstract:It often occurs for 300 kA large-scale prebaked aluminum electrolytic pot during its production that the sidewall freeze of the lateral part becomes hollow and the window of heat dissipation red. Coupled with practical produetion, this paper analyses the causes of lateral part breakage, then brings forward the feasible way and relevant controls, which prolong the service life of the pot effectively.
