黄柏河特大桥钢管拱的制造方法

摘    要:通过三峡工程对外交通专用公路黄柏河大桥钢管拱的制造实践验证,大曲率半径弯管管节相贯线的直线展开法有利于坡口制备,该方法不需投入专门设备,成本低,生产调度灵活,并且可以推广到水电站压力钢管的弯管、岔管等类似构件的制造。

Abstract:Tested and verified during the manufacturing of steel pipe arch of Huangbo River Road Bridge, which is used specially as an external access to and from the Three Gorges Project, the linear expanding method of the intersection correlative line of the elbows with big curvature radius is useful for preparation of slope. No special equipment is required thereby, and featuring with lower cost and flexibility on production managing. And it could be also applied to the manufacture of the similar members such as elbows and the manifolds of the penstock of hydropower station.
