镁橄榄石/堇青石复相陶瓷性能的研究

摘    要:为确保起着信号发射、接收、调制等作用的微波天线系统在高温环境能有效工作,其陶瓷基部分要求低介电常数、低损耗、热膨胀系数与金属相匹配,在高温下能有效工作。镁橄榄石瓷具有低的介电常数和介质损耗,但热膨胀系数较大,采用热膨胀系数低的堇青石瓷进行复合,制备镁橄榄石/堇青石复相陶瓷,期望两者在介电性能和热膨胀性能上能够互补,满足耐高温天线材料的要求。

Abstract:To ensure that the microwave antenna system can function effectively in signal transmission,receiving and modulation at a high temperature,its ceramic body should have low dielectric constant,ow dielectric loss,and thermal expansion coefficient matching the relevant metal.The forsterite ceramics possesses lower dielectric constant and dielectric loss but higher thermal expansion coefficient.The composite ceramics of forsterite and lower thermal expansion cordierite is prepared to meet the requirements of the high temperature antenna material.
