| 摘 要： | 汇率形成机制改革和人民币汇率的调整，短期内必然对经济增长产生一定的影响，尤其对外贸企业的影响很大。通过对外贸企业的影响的分析，提出一些对策和建议，来规避汇率风险，减少负面影响。
