烟火药剂中硫磺含量测定方法的研究

摘    要:确定了烟火药剂中硫磺含量的测定方法,将烟火药剂洗去有机粘合剂后,用稀盐酸充分溶解、过滤,用浓硝酸将硫磺氧化成硫酸,加入过量的钡离子,然后用EDTA容量法测定过量的钡离子,进而得到硫磺含量.试验表明,本文提出的方法回收率在98.22%~99.79%.

Abstract:The determination of sulfur content in the pyrotechnic composition was researched, and an effective test method has been founded. After washing away the organic binder, the pyrotechnic composition was fully dissolved in the diluted hydrochloric acid. And after filtration, the residue was oxidized with thick nitric acid and was turned into sulfate ion, Adding overdose barium ion, the excess barium ion was tested by EDTA complexometric titration measurement, so from which the sulphur content was derived. Test result show that this method is accurate, the recovery is between 98.22% and 99.79%. It can meet all the requirements of the sulfur content test in pyrotechnic composition.
