一种测量雷管输出威力的新方法

利用压力传感器测量雷管爆炸时的动态输出特性，以冲量、冲击波峰值压力等物理参数来定量表征雷管输出威力。实验结果表明，这种测试方法能够灵敏地反映雷管装药量及装药结构的变化，它可以分辨出5mg装药量的变化，而且系统在测量雷管输出时平均误差不超过4％，具有良好的稳定性。

The New Method to Measure the Detonator Output

The dynamic output properties of detonators are measured by pressure sensor and some physical parameters, such as impulse, the maximum pressure of shock wave, are used to indicate quantitatively the detonator output. The results show that the measurement method can sensitively reflect the change of the charge and the structure of detonators, it can distinguish the 5 mg change of the charge and the test average error is lower than 4%.
