摘    要:通过对国内外磁性无损检测技术的研究,提出了用地磁场磁化钢球来检测钢球表面及近表面裂纹的想法、方案及其实现系统。提供了实现低价、高灵敏度、微型化磁检测的可能性。

Abstract:By studying the magnetic nondestructive testing technologies home and abroad,the scheme and testing system for steel ball surface or near surface flaws was put forward, by which the balls were magnetized by the magnetic field of the earth. It solved the problem of complicated magnetization procedure in magnetic inspection, and offered the possibility of low price, high sensitivity and micro magnetic testing.
