摘    要:论述了转换层上、下结构侧向刚度对板式转换高层结构动力特性和地震反应的影响。考虑到转换板自身大质量和刚度的影响 ,首次提出对转换层上、下结构等效侧向刚度比和层间位移角比的“双控制”概念。给出了七度抗震设防区 ,双控参数的取值范围 ,供工程设计及研究人员参考。

Abstract:The effect on dynamic properties and seismic responses of structure with transfer plate is discussed when the ratio of lateral stiffness between the story above and below the transfer story is changed. The concept of `double control' with the limit of the ratio of lateral stiffness and story drift is introduced for the first time, because of the influence of transfer slab with large quality and stiffness. Parameters of `double control' are presented in regions of seismic intensity 7 degree.
