| 摘 要： | 建立GC/FPD-固相萃取测定水产品中有机磷农药残留量的分析方法.样品经乙腈均质提取,ENVI-18/PSA组合柱净化,GC/FPD进行测定,以保留时间定性.外标法定量.有机磷农药峰面积与其质量分数有着良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9991,最低检测限为0.01 mg/kg,样品网收率为63.2%～104.8%,RSD为1.6%～7.1%.

| Abstract: | Established an analytical method for the determination of organophosphorous pesticide residues in aquatic products by GC/FPD-SPE. The sample was extracted by acetonitrile, purified by ENVI-18/PSA SPE, detected by GC/FPD, qualitative analysis by the rentention times and quantitation by external standard. The organophosphorous pesticides showed good linearity in a detected concentration range with good correlation coefficient(r>0.999 1), the limit of detection was 0.01 mg/kg, the recoveries were generally 63.... |
