摘    要:为实现碳纤维复合材料对钢筋混凝土结构集先进加固与实时在线安全测评双重功能,将布拉格光栅光纤传感器固化于CFRP中.实验表明FBG与CFRP相容性及应变传感特性理想.根据钢筋混凝土结构理论和ANSYS有限元软件编制CFRP加固RC梁受弯荷载效应模拟计算程序.采用基于MATLAB的MonteCarlo计算程序,完成被加固结构可靠度模拟.制备的钢筋混凝土实验梁,采用预置FBG传感器的CFRP加固.梁内部钢筋粘结FBG传感器,压区混凝土上粘接电阻应变片.实验表明:全部实验梁承载过程中,根据CFRP中FBG的实时应变值,通过编制模拟计算程序得到实验梁内部受拉钢筋、压区混凝土应变与实测值较好吻合.据此不仅补偿了在已建成结构内部不能再装置传感器的限制,而且可实时判断加固结构的损伤状态,完成安全测评.

Abstract:In order to enable CFRP to realize the reinforce ment and real-time monitoring the steel concrete structure synchronously,the FBG sensor was solidified into CFRP.The results show that FBG sensor has good compatibility and sensing characteristic in CFRP.An ANSYS program was worked out based on the theories of reinforced concrete structure and the finite element to simulate the load effect of CFRP-reinforced RC beams;and a Monte Carlo program based on Matlab was used to simulate the reliability of the reinforced structure.All of the RC beams were reinforced by CFRP which had FBG sensors;also the FBG sensor had been adhered to the steel bars in RC beams,and the strain gauges were applied in the pressing sections of the concrete structure.Experiments show a good agreement between the experimental strains and the theoretical ones of reinforcing bars.So such reinforcing technique can install the sensors into the finished structures and monitor the damage situation.
