摘    要:为了提高光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)压力传感器测量的灵敏度,建立了基于薄壁圆筒的压力转换模型。应用弹性力学理论分析其工作原理,推导出应变片应变量与外部压力的关系,结果表明,改变圆筒内外径比和应变片几何尺寸可以提高放大系数。以3J53材料为例进行了数值计算,结果表明,在70MPa的工作压力下,FBG的应变为44pm/MPa,是采用裸光栅测量压力灵敏度的14倍。

Abstract:A fiber Bragg grating(FBG) pressure transducer model is proposed based on the thin wall canister in order to improve the sensitivity of the FBG pressure sensor.The principle of the model is analyzed wtih elasticity theory.The relationship between the elastomer stain and the pressure is also derived,and it shows that the pressure amplification coefficient of the FBG sensor can be enlarged by changing the ratio of inner radius and outer radius or geometry size.The numerical calculation is carried out by using 3J53 as elastomer.The result shows that the pressure resolution at 70 MPa is 44 pm/Mpa,which is 14 times than the naked FBG pressure sensor.
