聊城市水环境承载力研究

摘    要:采用模糊综合评判法、加权平均法、向量模法等3种方法,分析聊城市2005年、2010年、2020年、2030年生态城市标准下的水环境承载力。结果表明3种方法得出的结论一致:2010年该市与生态城市标准差距较大,2020年水环境承载力显著提升,2030年可以达到生态城市的标准。建议提高农业综合灌溉水利用系数、加大环保投资力度,提高回用水和雨洪水的供水比重,以保证水环境承载力的稳定性。

Abstract:Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, weighted average method and vector modulus method, the carrying capacity of the water environment in Liaocheng City in the years of 2005, 2010, 2020 and 2030 was analyzed. The results show that the conclusions from the three methods are consistent. There is a large gap in 2010 according to the ecological city standards, and a significant promotion will appear in 2020. The standards can finally be met in 2030. It is suggested that the stability of the carrying capacity of the water environment in this city can be assured by enhancing the comprehensive agriculture irrigation efficiency, investing more in environmental protection, and increasing the proportion of recycling water and rainfall in the water supply.
