摘    要:针对水电厂对水位测控装置的要求,设计了一种基于PLC和编码器的测控系统,对其组成、实现原理和软件设计等方面做了介绍。采用可编程控制器作为其核心控制系统,提高了系统的自动化程度,保证了系统运行的可靠性,灵活性。

Abstract:In connection with the hydroelectric station requirement towards the water level observing and controlling device,the thesis designs a observing and controlling system based on PLC and encoder and also introduces from aspects such as the system element,theory and software design.Taking programmable device as its core controlling system,the system boasts a higher automation to ensure the reliability and flexibility during operation.
