摘    要:更换阳极机构是铝电解工艺过程关键辅助设备的主要工具之一。在现场使用过程中,该机构拧头架常发生弯曲变形现象。通过对机构结构和动作特点分析,并利用有限元进行模拟计算,最终确定了该现象产生的根本原因。同时,根据分析结果,对机构拧头架进行了结构改造,效果显著。

Abstract:The anode changing machine is one of the main tools of critical auxiliary equipment for aluminum electro- lytic process. The frame of wrench often deformed in use on site. Through the analysis of the structure and move- ment characteristics of anode changing machine, and simulation calculation by means of the finite element method,the reason of the phenomenon is determined. Meanwhile, according to the results of the analysis, the structure ofwrench frame is modified. Effect of the modification is remarkable.
