超高温水基钻井液的室内研究

摘    要:为了满足当前深井、超深井逐步向深层次开发的需要,研制了一种抗温达240℃的超高温水基钻井液,其主要以新研制出的抗高温增黏护胶剂MG-H来控制流变性能,并选用了合成聚合物类降滤失剂SHTR和高温成膜封堵剂HOSEAL等其他配伍性添加剂.室内实验结果表明,该钻井液抗温性能好,稳定性高,在经过240℃高温老化之后,仍能保持稳定的流变性能和滤失性能,且流变性能变化较小;具有较好的抑制性和抗污染能力;密度和温度适用范围广,适合于各种类型的高温高压井的钻井作业.

Abstract:In this paper, a new kind of ultra-high temperature (240 ℃) water based drilling fluid system is developed, and ahigh-temperature resistance viscosified and colloid protected additive MG-H is synthesized to control rheology, also someadditives are chosen such as SHTR and HOSEAL.The experimental results show that this fluid system can keep goodperformances of rheology, filtration and anti-contamination after aged at 240 ℃, and the density also can be weighted as highas to operate in high temperature and high pressure wells.
