西藏索达矿区低品位铜铅锌银矿选矿试验研究

介绍了西藏索达矿区铜铅锌银矿体的试验研究。研究结果表明,采用铜—铅—锌优先浮选方案和无毒(低毒)选矿药剂,可从含铜为0.39%、含铅为2.13%、含锌为4.35%、含银为48g/t的试样中获得含铜18.82%回收率为74.8%、含银为409.02g/t回收率为13.04%铜精矿;获得含铅为61.04%回收率为76.66%,含银为627.03g/t回收率为34.05%的铅精矿;获得硫化锌精矿含锌43.25%、含银234.6g/t,硫化锌回收率55.78%,银回收率为27.06%;氧化锌精矿含锌27.89%、含银58.6g/t,氧化锌回收率24.11%,银回收率为4.53%,银在铜、铅、锌精矿中总回收率为78.68%;硫化锌、氧化锌总回收率为79.89%。,

Test research of low-grade copper-lead-zinc silver ore of Suoda mining area in Tibet

This article introduces the test research of copper-lead-zinc silver ore of Suoda mining area in Tihet.The test results show that using copper-lead-zinc priority flotation process and non-toxic(low toxicity) beneficiation agent can obtain the copper concentrate which contains 18.82%copper and 409.02g/t silver,and its copper recovery rate is 74.8%,silver recovery rate is 13.04%;lead concentrate which contains 61.04%lead and 627.03g/t silver,and its lead recovery rate is 76.66%,silver recovery rate is 34.05%;zinc sulfide concentrate which contains 43.25%zinc and 234.6g/t silver,and its zinc sulfide recovery rate is 55.78%,silver recovery rate is 27.06%;zinc oxide concentrate which contains 27.89%zinc and 58.6g/t silver,and its zinc oxide recovery rate is 24.11%,silver recovery rate is 4.53%from the samples that the grade of copper,lead,zinc and silver are 0.39%, 2.13%,4.35%and 48 g/t respectively.The total silver recovery rate in copper concentrate,lead concentrate and zinc concentrate is 78.68%.The total recovery of zinc sulfide and zinc oxide is 79.89%.
