| Abstract: | Aimed at the enterprise culture construction＇s process and the importance of cultural construction of an enterprise , the important significance for the development of enterprise culture construction was discussed , the current stage enterprise culture was analyzed, and the way of integrating and developing the cultural construction as well as the method of integrating and riching the enterprise culture of enterprise after the relocation and reform were expounded in detail. |
