| 摘 要： | 综述了脱锡剂的研究进展.研究了不同酸性脱锡剂对导电辊脱锡效果.结果表明,脱锡剂高锰酸钾脱锡效果较好,脱锡速度快,脱锡速度达0.023g/cm2,且添加剂亚硝酸钠有助于脱锡效果.粘锡的模拟导电辊脱锡过程表明,脱锡时间为5 min时,模拟导电辊表面平均粗糙度值达1.074 μm,脱锡的效率达到97.3％.高锰酸钾-亚硝酸钠体系的脱锡剂对导电辊材质腐蚀性较小.

| Abstract: | Research of the tin agent is overviewed.The effects of different acid removing tin agent on removing tin of reflow conductor roll.The results show that the removing tin agent of potassium permanganate presents the better effect of removing tin,which is have a characteristics of high removing tin speed of 0.023 g/cm2.In addition,the additive effect of sodium nitrite improves removing tin.The removing tin process of simulated conductive rolls shows that the simulated average surface roughness value of conductive roller 1.074 μm at time of 5 min,and removal efficiency is of 97.3%.The agent of potassium permanganate-sodium nitrate system has less corrosive properties of conductive roll. |
