武术套路柔韧训练方法新思路

摘    要:主要采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对"武术套路柔韧训练"进行了深入探讨,根据武术套路项目的运动类型,提出将动力牵伸法和PNF拉伸法引入武术柔韧训练中,以促进武术套路运动员技术水平的提高,并减少运动损伤。主要结论:发展柔韧素质对武术套路运动员有着特殊意义;武术套路传统柔韧练习(扳、劈、撕、控、耗)具有一定的局限性和缺点;动力牵伸法和PNF拉伸法对改善传统武术柔韧练习的局限性和缺点具有十分重要作用,为武术套路柔韧训练带来了全新理念。

Abstract:This article mainly discussed the " flexibility training methods of Wushu Routine" by using methods of literature and logical analysis, and according to the types of Wushu project, suggested the application of the dynamic drawing method and PNF stretching method into flexibility training to promote the improvement of the skills of Wushu players and to reduce sports injury. The main conclusions: to develop flexibility is of significance for Wushu players ; traditional Wushu flexibility exercises ( wrench, splitting, tearing, control, consumption) has their limitations and disadvantages;dynamic drawing method and PNF stretching method are of great importance in removing the limitations and shortcomings of traditional Wushu flexibility exercises, which is about to bring new concepts for Wushu flexibility training.
