正戊烷异构化催化剂制备

摘    要:研究了正戊烷异构化催化剂的制备,对离子交换、残钠量、焙烧温度和金属含量等进行了考察,尤其是单金属活性组分正戊烷异构化催化剂的制备方法及其酸性、金属含量及其焙烧温度的优化方法。铵盐交换次数3次,铵焙烧温度为500 ℃;Ni金属含量4%,焙烧温度450 ℃。此方法及条件适合于优化轻质烷烃气固相异构化催化剂的制备及其酸性能的优化。

Abstract:Preparation of the catalyst for n-pentane isomerization was studied, including the influences of ion exchange, residual sodium, calcination temperature and nickel content,especially preparation of single metal catalyst. Following preparation conditions were obtained: 3 times of ion exchange, calcination temperature for ammonium salt 500 ℃, nickel content 4%, calcination temperature for nickel salt 450 ℃. The method and condition are applicable to preparation of light paraffin gas-solid phase isomerization catalysts and optimization of their acidity.
