| 摘 要： | 本文通过对法人治理结构的概述,分析了烟草企业进行法人治理结构的必要性,阐述了烟草行业法人治理结构的几个理论问题,初步探讨了在烟草行业建立企业国有股东代表人、职业经理人市场和加强董事会建设的问题,提出了公司治理的构想。

| Abstract: | Through summarizing the corporate governance, the paper analyses the necessity of establishing the corporate governance in tobacco industries. Several other theoretical issues about the corporate governance in the tobacco industry are also discussed. After studying the issues of establishing the state|owned company agency system and professional manager markets as well as strength the function of the board of director, the paper outilines the ideas on building the corporate governance in the tobacco industry. |
