列管换热器涡流检测信号分析

摘    要:对服役时间较长的换热器,管板或支撑板受到冲刷腐蚀、磨损等影响而产生变形,造成信号不规则,使管板或支撑板残余混频信号叠加在缺陷信号上,从而影响了缺陷信号的判别.通过对试验结果的分析,对影响利用涡流检测技术测试换热器缺陷的各种因素进行了剖析,并提出了有待于进一步改进的地方.

Abstract:The tube sheet or support plate of shell and tube heat exchanger in active service for long time suffers from erosion-corrosion,abrasion and so on.It changes shape and brings irregular signal.The residual signal of tube sheet or support plate overlaps on defect signals and affects the distinguishing of defect signal.The testing result is analyzed,and the factors,which affect the flaw inspection of heat exchanger by eddy current testing technology,are dissected.In addition,the improvement methods are put for...
