农村消费与经济增长:基于再分配公平视角

农村消费不足是当前面临的突出问题,通过对再分配的公平性考察发现,长期以来,我国城乡再分配严重不公,不但没有促进城乡公平,反而加剧了城乡的不公平,剥夺了农民应有的权益,导致农民福利水平低下,制约了农村消费与经济增长。因此,要扩大农村消费,需要调整国民收入分配政策取向,弥补制度设计缺陷,让再分配真正体现公平,使农民的福利状况得到根本性改善,增强农民的消费信心和消费能力。

A survey of rural consumption and economic growth from the perspective of fair re-distribution
