| 摘 要： | 现代化进程中,政治价值不仅是建立各种社会制度的价值源泉,也是社会建立一系列道德规范的价值尺度。随着社会发展,政治发展的价值目标必然发生转换。结合发展中国家现代化实际,本文从政治发展的涵义和特点、结构和功能,政治发展的价值目标的选择等几个方面做以尝试性研究。

| Abstract: | In modernized course,political value is not only the measure of value wellhead building various social systems,and also fountainhead of building a series of ethics code.With the development of the society,the political values and goals must change.A research is conducted by integrating Chinese modernization with the implication,characteristics,structure,function,the choice towards values and goals of political development. |
