蒸汽法兰密封失效原因分析及解决方案

摘    要:蒸汽法兰密封结构失效机理比较复杂,针对现场实际结合理论,全面分析了蒸汽法兰密封失效原因,提出了使用高温密封脂和碟簧的解决方案,经过几年来的运行,未发生再次泄漏,证明该方案可行.

Abstract:The lose efficacy mechanism of s team flange's sealing structure is complex,according to the actual situation combined with theoretical,the reasons of steam flange's sealing structure lose efficacy was comprehensive analyzed.Then the solutions of using high-temperature grease and sealed disc spring was proposed.Afterseveral years of operation,leakage dose not occur again,it is prove that the scheme is feasible.
