| 摘 要： | 实践教学在人才培养中有特殊的重要性,具有不可替代的作用。要全面提高地方高校教学质量,就必须具有较高的实践教学质量;要优化人才培养模式,很重要的渠道是实践教学环节的优化;实践教学是最能够体现人才培养特色。高等工程本科教育应以培养学生工程素质为目标,只有贯彻实施素质教育与能力培养紧密结合的培养模式,才能适应当前社会发展的需要。
