摘    要:近年来,我国食品安全状况不容乐观,各类食品安全事件频发,凸显出我国食品安全法律与管理制度存在的诸多问题。这些问题的彻底解决,在很大程度上有赖于食品安全法律及管理制度的建构。从我国现行食品安全法律及管理制度方面对这些问题进行了深刻分析,提出了完善法律及管理制度建设,解决我国食品安全问题的建议。

Abstract:In recent years,Chinese food safety situation is not optimistic and many incidents of various types of food safety occurred,highlighting many problems existing in law and management system of China's food safety.To a large extent,the solving of these problems depends on the construction and perfection of the system.This paper analyzes in detail the problems from the aspects of the current laws and management for food safety,gives suggestions on improving Chinese food safety situation.
