| 摘 要： | 高校学生干部具有学生和干部的双重身份,做好学生干部工作,对高校学生的教育和管理十分重要。在分析目前高校学生干部工作中存在问题的基础上,阐述了加强学生干部工作必须明确学生干部的角色涵义,加强对学生干部价值观的正确引导,建立科学合理的激励机制。

| Abstract: | College student leaders play roles both as students and leaders, they are of importence to college students' education and management.Three countermeasures are provided here to solve the problems existing in college student leaders' work. Correct motives and build up a clear understanding of the role as student leaders; Enhence the guidance to student leaders' value; Set up scientific and reasonable encourangement system. |
