| 摘 要： | 描述了支持个人移动,为用户提供智能接口以进行服务的多代理系统的结构和操作.本系统由下面的协议代理组成:个人通信代理（PCA）,给用户提供应用服务的智能接口;服务供应代理（SPA）,支持服务和用户间的通信;网络供应代理（NPA）,为SPA发出的请求提供网络连接.

| Abstract: | This paper describes the architecture and operation of a Multi Agent system for providing end users with ar intelligent interface. This system consists of agent (PCA): the Personal Communication Agents , Agents offers the user an intelligent interface to the service; the Service Provider Agent (SPA) : it support then provisioning of telecommunication services to customers; the Network Provisioning Agent (NPA) provides network connectivity on requests from the SPA. |
