铅—铋合金真空蒸镏分离的研究

摘    要:本课题是针对某冶炼厂以处理转炉烟尘中回收的铅—铋合金试料,探觅一条简捷有效分离提取铋及其它有价金属的新工艺.采用的方法为真空蒸镏法.试验确认:1)试验结果与理论计算基本吻合;2)某厂铅—铋合金直接真空蒸镏分离是可能的;3)真空蒸镏法分离铅和铋,以处理合Bi%>40%的合金为宜;对含Bi%<10%的合金最好先经过富集处理使含Bi%>40%后,采用连续作业的多级真空蒸镏分离,可一举得到粗铋和粗铅,再分别进行真空蒸镏精炼就可得精鉍和精铅了.

Abstract:The article aims at looking for a way of treating Pb-Bi alloy retrieved from converter dust in a certain smelter, and trying to discover a brief and effective new technlogy with which Bi and other valuable metals can be seperated and abstracted from the alloy.The method used is vacuum distillatiom. According to the experiment, we conclude:1. Experiment results are basically equal to theoretically calculated ones.2. It is possible to seperate Pb-Bi alloy through direct vacuum distillation in that smelter.3. It is best that the composition of Bi in the alloy is above 40% when using vacuum distillation to seperate Pb and Bi, and it is suggested that when Bi%<10%, the alloy be first concentrated to Bi%>40%, then through continuous-running multistage vacuum distillation, crude Bi and Pb could be obtained at the same time.After that, refined Bi and Pb can be obtained by treating crude Bi and Pb respectively with vacuum distillation.
