超级电容寿命耐久试验设备的研究与实现

摘    要:为了对超级电容的寿命耐久性能进行研究,设计了以单片机、恒压恒流电源、电子负载为核心的超级电容充放电循环寿命耐久试验设备。l和J用恒压恒流电源对其大电流充电,电子负载为恒流放电,以单片机为控制核心,循环切换充放电继电器来检验超级电容的寿命可靠性。同时以高精度的AID、D/A转换模块对恒压恒流源、电子负载进行准确的控制和采集。具有友好的人机界面,而且支持试验历史数据查询和u盘数据存储等功能。

Abstract:In order to expand the research of life durability for super capacitor, a super capacitor charge-discharge cycle life durability test equipment is designed with a single- chip microcomputer, constant current power supply and electronic load as its core. Using the constant current power supply for its large current charging, exile electronic load for constant electricity and the single chip processor as the controlling core, the life of the super capacitor is tested by switching the charge-discharge cycle of the relay. At the same time, the constant current power supply and the electronic load are accurately controlled and acquired with high precision A/ D, D/A conversion module. This equipment has a friendly human-machine interface, and supports for historical data query for test and u disk data storage.
