基于PIC单片机的新型压力开关的设计

摘    要:采用PIC18F25K22单片机作为主控制器,结合一款低价位的精密传感器信号调理器MAX1452芯片,设计一种体积小,运行可靠,多功能的新型压力开关.主要通过介绍仪表的总体结构,硬件设计和软件设计,阐明新型压力开关的工作原理和特点.经过理论分析和实验验证,结果表明了这种设计思想的合理性和设计应用的可行性.

Abstract:This paper designs a new type pressure switch which can ran reliably with small volume and many functions,it selects the PIC18F25K22 single chip microcomputer as the main controller and also uses the MAX1452 chip which is an accurate sensor signal conditioner at a low price.By introducing the overall structure of instrument and design of both hardware and software mainly,it explains the working principle and characteristic of pressure switch.Through the theoretical analysis and experimental proof,the results of experiments show that the thread and application of this design are appropriate and doable.
