| 摘 要： | 介绍辊涂机的结构及工作原理,针对耐指纹板生产过程中电机出现堵转的问题,分析冷轧各条镀锌机组辊涂机逆涂时的工艺参数与转矩和膜厚的关系,根据CGL辊涂机实际状况,对堵转问题进行了分析,并采取相应的措施及解决方案,满足了耐指纹板生产的需求。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the structure and working principle of CGL coater.In view of the stalling problem of motor occurred in the production of finger-print-resistant sheet,the process parameters in inverse coating process of CGLS in the cold rolling mill,and the relationships between torque and film thickness were analyzed.According to the actual status of the CGL coater,the stalling problem was analyzed and the corre- sponding measures and solutions were also adopted,which met the production needs of finger-print-resistant sheet. |
