摘    要:焊接是压缩机部件连接中的主要方式,同时会造成结构的变形而影响到压缩机可靠性。采用双椭球移动热源的热弹塑性有限元分析方法,对压缩机气缸进行了焊接变形分析。实验证明该方法具有较高的准确性,可应用于评估压缩机中焊接带来的零件变形情况,及进行焊接件结构优化和方案筛选,并已在产品开发中得到了应用。

Abstract:The mostly mode of connecting parts in compressor is welding , which can bring deformation and affect the reliability of compressor.Based on the double ellipsoid heat source model , the analysis of cylinder welding de-formation in compressor is achieved by the thermal elasto -plastic finite element method.The accuracy of the analy-sis method is supported by the test.And it can be used for obtaining the welding deformation of the part in the com-pressor , structure optimization and scheme selecting.The analysis method is successfully applied to the product de-velopment.
