摘    要:武汉钢铁集团鄂城钢铁有限责任公司宽厚板厂精轧机投产初期伺服阀故障多,导致轧机厚度自动控制系统不受控,生产时容易轧制出厚度超差的钢板。通过对伺服阀开展状态监测及诊断的技术研究,及时掌握伺服阀运行状态,将伺服阀处理在故障萌芽阶段,保证了轧机正常生产,避免轧制产生废品。

Abstract:The servo valve of finishing mill had lots of faults in the early production in Heavy Plate Plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Echeng Iron and Steel Co.LTD., which led to the AGC system of rolling mill out of control,and easy to roll thickness-va- riant steel plate.Through technology research on condition monitoring and fault diagno- sis of the servo valve,and timely grasp the operation status of servo valve,the servo valve′s faults were handled in the embryonic stage,which ensured the normal produc- tion of rolling mill and avoided the rolling generate waste.
