大型振动筛偏心配重质量优化设计探讨

摘    要:通过对大型振动筛建立力学模型和数学模型并求其解析解,得出优化振动筛偏心配重质量,排除运行故障的一般方法,由此实现既充分满足生产的需要,又大幅度延长振动筛使用寿命的优化目标,进而提出了对一般振动筛机均行之有效的故障诊断及改进措施的方法。
