武钢CSP带钢断面局部缺陷产生原因与改进

以武钢条材总厂CSP分厂冷轧用热轧带钢的局部高点缺陷为研究对象,分析了局部高点产生的原因,并提出了采用轧制工艺控制手段的改进措施。改进后,工作辊窜辊范围更广,窜动位置分布曲线更合理,轧辊的磨损量和不均匀磨损明显减小,磨损曲线也趋于平滑;避免了带钢局部过冷现象,消除了带钢断面＂猫耳朵＂,提高了板形控制效果,延缓了局部高点缺陷的产生。
