分级式无机盐复分解反应结晶器开发应用

摘    要:通过设计实例介绍了一种新型无机盐复分解反应结晶器开发及应用.该反应结晶器由上大下小的圆筒、中心加料筒、轴流泵和循环管组成.上部圆筒为清液区、中部倒圆台为反应细晶区,下部圆筒为大结晶颗粒沉降分级区.料浆的循环靠大流量、低扬程的轴流泵推动.该结晶器结构简单、设备内无机械故障、制造费用低;动力消耗低、较内套筒桨叶推进式结晶器节省20%能耗;结晶颗粒大、颗粒不会产生机械破损、且分级效果好、颗粒分布均匀.

Abstract:The development and application of new-type inorganic salt complex decomposition crystallizer is introduced by a designing example.The crystallizer consists of a cylinder which is of big top and small bottom,a focus charging cylinder,an axial flow pump and a circulating tube.The upside of cylinder is liquor field,the middle is reaction thin crystalline region and the lower part is the precipitating and separating field.The circulation of materials is pushed by a big flow and low-lift axial flow pump.What's more,compared with the inner pushed crystallizer,the new one has many advantages.There are energy loss which decreased by 20%,big crystal particle,good particle without machine damage,good separating effect and even particle distribute,which are due to the new crystallizer has the characteristics of simple structure,device without mechanical failure,lower manufacture lost and power loss.
