| 摘 要： | 高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)是一种新型的液-液分配色谱分离技术.由于其具有无不可逆吸附等优点,已被广泛应用于各个领域.在简介HSCCC分离流程与策略的基础上,综述了HSCCC在天然香料分离纯化领域中的应用,并展望了HSCCC在该领域的研究及应用前景.

| Abstract: | High-speed counter-current chromatography(HSCCC) is a new liquid-liquid separation chromatographic technique.With no irreversible adsorption and other advantages,it has been widely applied.The technological process and tactics of HSCCC were introduced in this article,and also the applications of HSCCC in isolating and purifying natural perfumes were summarized in detail.The research and application prospects of this technique were discussed. |
