| 摘 要： | IDT7134是美国IDT公司生产的异步高速双口静态RAM。文章介绍了IDT7134的特性和基于IDT7134的EPP并行通信接口的基本设计原理及实现方法，给出了该EPP接口在火灾实验温度采集系统中的应用实例。
