| 摘 要： | 某住宅楼在进行单桩复合地基承载力试验时，发现部分试验点承载力特征值偏小，无法满足设计要求。分析原因后，对基槽部分地段采用补桩处理后重新试验，结果满足设计要求。

| Abstract: | When some dwelling buildings were being carried out the experiment of single composite foundation, it is found that in some experimental points, the characteristic value of bearing capacity was too low to satisfy the need of design. Having analyzed the reason, we find that with the method of compensating pile, the new experimental results can satisfy the design. |
